These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of any products, designs, collaborations or services offered under the name BALLANCE (Annabel Ballance). By accessing this website or placing an order, these Terms are accepted in full.

3. Products, Designs & Collaborations
BALLANCE (Annabel Ballance) offers clothing, design works, collaborative projects and other creative outputs.
All products and services are subject to availability.
Every effort is made to ensure accurate representation of:

• Fabrics
• Materials
• Design details
However:
• Colours may vary depending on screen settings
• Handmade or limited pieces may contain slight variations
• Design details may evolve between collections
Specifications and descriptions may be amended at any time.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may be amended without notice.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch of physical goods or commencement of commissioned or collaborative work.
BALLANCE (Annabel Ballance) is not responsible for:
• Currency conversion fees
• International transaction fees
• Bank charges
5. Orders
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Orders may be refused or cancelled in cases including:
• Pricing errors
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Unavailability of stock
If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
BALLANCE (Annabel Ballance) is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Postal or courier services
• Customs processes
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Risk in goods passes upon delivery.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must:
• Be unworn and unused
• Be in original condition
• Be returned within 14 days of cancellation
The following may not be eligible for return:
• Made-to-order or bespoke items
• Custom collaborative pieces
• Digital design files or downloads
• Commissioned design work
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is received faulty or damaged, notification must be made within 48 hours of receipt via:

Photographic evidence may be requested.
Remedies will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in:
• Designs
• Garments
• Concepts
• Graphics
• Text
• Branding
• Visual assets
remain the property of BALLANCE (Annabel Ballance) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No design, concept or material may be reproduced, distributed, adapted or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Collaborative projects may be subject to separate contractual agreements outlining ownership and usage rights.
10. Collaborations & Commissioned Work
Collaborative or commissioned design work may be subject to separate written agreements.
Where applicable:
• Timelines will be agreed in advance
• Payment schedules will be specified
• Usage rights will be defined in writing
No intellectual property transfers unless explicitly agreed in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BALLANCE (Annabel Ballance) shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of profit
• Business interruption
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Statutory consumer rights

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
